Cell phone use is one of the reasons for the increasing road related accidents. Drivers, passengers and pedestrian often get into serious injuries due to cell phone use while driving or crossing the streets.
Whether driving the car or crossing the street, cell phone is the main cause for distractions. In fact, in a study conducted cell phone use interferes with visual tasks of an individual including driving.
However, in one accident, a victim of a car accident was able to call his mom for help. The call was used as the basis for the respondents to locate the driver whom I supposed was in great pain.
The accident transpired at State Route 52. An unidentified man was traveling eastbound when his car crashed. He was brought to Scripps Hospital in La Jolla to attend to his injuries.
If not for the call he made her mother, his being discovered in the ravine and thereby being treated would be delayed. The delay may cause serious injuries on his part.
